We have 3 networked IPOs and just upgraded to 2.1(15), I had programmed some of the local phones with blfs/call buttons for users located at the other sites and it worked fine. Now the IP Office deletes these buttons for users on the other systems at will, you can put them back in and they work while it keeps them. Any ideas?

Yes, make sure h450 protocol is being used on those TIE lines as well as an option called "Voice Networking". If that is on, then the systems will download their USER Directories (not the groups, thats done w/ shortcodes in the line form).

Hope this helps...

Those settings have been in place for quite some time now. This has only started happening with the 2.1(15) release.

Ew, thats strange. In our demo environment (406 and 403, both running 2.1.15) its working fine. Maybe the DB is corrupt. I don't know a lot about these systems, we're still demoing them.
