vodavi products are good. But a few things to be aware. Their documentation is horrible. While the STS is a cute little system and very inexpensive, the manuals are brutal. And their tech support is a little shaky. But if you know the ins and outs you can figure things out by yourself...- chesapeakecomm

thats what i meant....download all the patches and upgrades to r8. I did it and its fine.... go to avaya software website under legend or magix and download all the patches & upgrades...- chesapeakecomm
