to transfer the call we do a forwarding, actually the receptionist does the forwarding. It's possible that she forgets to press the # at the end. how could I troubleshoot the module?

Sorry guys I just figured it out.
I was trying to dial 1800-airborne. and I realized that the it's actually 1800-airborn that I have to dial, I guess the system is not smart enough to drop the last number.
I am trying to dial a 1800 # (airborne # ) from any phone and I get a weird busy , I think they call it Turkey tone.
I am not restricted to any number and can dial anywhere else, but for some reason this number doesn't get thru .
Does any one know how to fix that ?

I found your post very helpfull.
I am actually trying to put a cover button that will cover for my operator , but for some reason it gets forwarded the wrong number of rings.
let's say 511 needs to cover for 510.
if 510 doesn't pickup after one ring , i would like it to be ringing on...
Ok,
I think I am doing something wrong,I can change the number of ring, but it won't change anything.
I have right now 510-d on the cover button(on 511), then I did:
sys prog, exit ,extensions, more, more, cover delay, secondary, 511, 1 ring
and still ring after 3 rings.
Any idea ?
