    Hi, I have a remote site on a PBX where we are collecting CDRs everyday in order to produce reports. My question is, how reliable are the AVG post call processing and TOTAL post call processing. I'm asking because I overheard from somebody that the figures are not accurate... thanks.

    Dialing ou of the Aspect switch.

    Hi, actualy, we found out that there is no way aruond this. My concern was that we were running out of exchange codes in my exchange code map 1 table. Aspect had to input the extras in the share memories. Until we upgrade, we will have to keep adding them in there! thanks.

    When you say client, you dont mean the actual employees connecting to the CMI server to receive the screen pop? you mean clients like the WFI ? If so, I only have the WFI connecting through it.
