Forced call on ACD queue (Genesys on Nortel PBX)

Hello everyone,

I now know that the force call has to be setup in ld23 but what about if I'm using Genesys. I know that Genesys is not realy using the ACD queue so how do I setup force call in that case?

do you have symposium as well? I think Gen has the raw acdn acquired on my system.

No Symposium (other then the sympo link between the PBX and the Genesys environnement).
