Aspect REL. 6 ID disapearing

Hi,
We are still using Aspect REL 6.0 We are running into a weird situation lately, since we've added many new user IDs on the switch, some of the IDs (NEW and OLD) dont appear anymore on the status screens or in Director. Aspect of course dont support us any longer. Has any body ever run into that situation with REL 6.0 and was the cause too many IDs on the switch ? We never had that problem for over 4 years. thanks
 
I've never run into the problem before, but have you been able to find any common denominators, like are the ones not appearing in the same ranges, or anything of the like?

How many total IDs do you have on the switch now?
 
Yeah, it has to be due to the extra ID's we have created after the new year. Aspect knows about this being a problem in rel 6.0, but since it is no longer supported, we cannot get an answer from them. In any case, we are suppose to delete the old 2003 IDs (we did a reorg in our ID ranges). Hopefully by reducing the number of IDs created, we will fix our problem. If the problem still persists after words, we'll have to either live with it or upgrade....
 
We have heard from Aspect. Apparently they were aware of an issue with user ID's not appearing in the status screen just after they had been created, but never heard an issue with ID's that have been created in the past not appearing on the status screen. I have to advise them once we have that situation so they can investigate.
