If nothing happens when you click a link:
Open Windows Explorer.
Go to Tools | Folder Options | File Types.
Scroll down to URL:HyperText Transfer Protocol and select it.
Click Edit or Advanced, depending on your Windows version.
Select 'open'.
Click Edit.

Have outlook open. go to file, open, other users folder,Put their name in, or seach for their name, in the drob down box select calendar. Click ok. The calendar should remain under file, open for them to access it.

Right click on internet explorer, go into properties,click on the advanced tab. scroll down to security make sure the check mark is off on "Do Not Save Encrypted pages to disk"

It could mean they put their self in the send to. Then blind carbon copied everyone else! That is one way to send e-mail without everyone being able to print the e-mail to get your e-mail address.
Have the calendar open go to file import/export. export to a file.Personal file folder .pst Save the file to where you can get it for the next person. Then import the file. Import from another program or file.Personal folder file .pst then browse for where the file is located.
