Outlook address book entries not entered by user??

I have a user that claims he has entries in his address book that he did not enter. Has anybody ever heard of anything like this?

There are some entries put in an address book if you apply to them from an e-mail.

Such as from a SPAM? Adding from replies is not ticked so I know that isnt it.
