How do I transfer calendar and task from one mailbox (former employee) to new mailbox (new employee)? I'm using Exchange Server 5.5 and the client is outlook 2002.
Have the calendar open go to file import/export. export to a file.Personal file folder .pst Save the file to where you can get it for the next person. Then import the file. Import from another program or file.Personal folder file .pst then browse for where the file is located.
