That should work then. Do people have that skillset added to them? Is the call progressing to that part of the script ie the call is not left in a loop section. Can you post the whole script??

Is that the full script??? It has no treatment listed for calls <60secs. Is there a wait 60 beforehand, or is part of a larger script that has been queing to a different skillset for 60 secs?

I am having trouble with the TTY ports locking up on an OPT 11. It isn't a 56k modem, I have changed modems and ports and after 1 successful connection, the tty port locks out. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

Have double and triple!! checked. The DN is not listed in any hunt groups. Removing the PLDN and Hunt group entirely didnt help at all.
