We have 4 2250 Operator consoles. The issue seems that when the operators are all on calls, another call will come in and queue to one console only, ie when another operator terminates a call it does not present on the LDN/ICI key on the other consoles.
Is there any way that the call can be picked up by the other consoles.

2250 queue is the same as ACD queue. Call are waiting for any attendant which is supposed to receive that call. Check values in LD 21 PRT ATT

you can't use pick between consoles and they don't work like a key system.. but prt your att data, you can inner flow calls

I think that if you hit a different loop key then the one that is ringing on the console would make the new call go to another console.

We have 5 seperate LDNs.
As an example - if there are 2 operators waiting -
operator A will receive call 1
operator B will receive call 2
and the 3rd call will come in and queue against operator A's console(as they haven't received a call for the most time).
Operator B will finish their call, but cannot access the third call which is still queuing against Operator A (they are still on the 1st call).

In this scenario there is no flashing key on Operator B's console, and if they hit the LDN keys they are unable to answer the call.

Print out all four 2250's.

I suspect you have more than one 2250 with the same ANUM.

The ANUM should be different on all four, e.g. 0,1,2,3 or 1,2,3,4.

Post your 2250's.

Here is the consoles - all have individual ANUMs
