Sym Rel 5 Agent Login / Logout Report Problems

When using the standard Agent Login / Logout Report it is listing;

Agent Login & Name: 12345 Joe Blogs
14:59:56 Login 12345 00:00:00 00:00:00
(ERROR) ERROR: no such type 00:00:00 00:00:00
(ERROR) ERROR: no such type 00:00:00 00:00:00
If I create and schedule my own report, it still produces this error.

It seems you have moved to SW rel. 5.0.
Just install PEPs on the Clients PC from your supplementary CD : NS040107G011C, 015C and 016C and you will see NotReady occurences on your report instead errors.

Thanks. Fixed it by installing pep 15c followed by 12c.

There's also Pep G018, solves some issues with WinXP, they claim... Ask for it at your vendor.
