If this is the case, and the 'only' thing you did was a BIOS upgrade I think your MB is hosed. Sorry

You use the instructions here, http://home.pacbell.net/dbk4297/fdiskformat.html to fdisk the drive. When you start fdisk you will need to "remove non-DOS partitions". That will rid the drive of NTFS.
