Thanks Tom: I found the problem. There was a VMS coverage button programmed on ext 20. It was preventing 20 from covering to VM. Thanks for the help.

Set CASO to 20, which is the operators console (not being used). Set Dial 0 on AA1 to extension 20. It still RNA's when you zero out of an extensions VM box. Right now CG 770 is routing calls to AA1. 770 covers pool 70 which has the lines. Everyting seems to work OK except for the RNA...

Callers zero out of VM and route to CAS which rings on and never goes to the general mailbox. Merlin Legend R3, Merlin Mail R1.

I went in and tried to set the PrincipalUser but it wouldn't take it. The DLC is extn 700 and it didn't seem to like that. Could the problem be the fact that we have a T1?
