And, if I understand correctly, the lines are ALWAYS added in the button order, right? So, I couldn't have a line on buttion 3, 4, 5, 8, and 9... skiping button 6 and 7, right?
Is there a way that I can assign a certain line to a specific button on an MLX 28D phone? So, I want to program lines 1 thru 5 to the buttons directly above Intercom/Voice buttons. However, when I assign the lines to the phone, the choose their own spot, and I can't seem to re-assign those...
I am using WinSPM to assign lines to some of my extensions, change the line selection, and set all lines to immediate ring.
If I program an extension (let's say 57), and set it how I want it... then using the COPY EXTENSION portion of WinSPM to copy extension 57 to extension 56... nothing gets...

thanks for the input. So, if two extensions were in forwarding mode, and were part of a calling group... if a call was transferred to that group, the call would just ring at the extention, rather than being forwarded?
