The night announcment is programmed in the listed-directory-number. if its empty you should have your main number in there so it goes to an attendant console.
We program ours in an attendant vector, so the vector is turning the night announcment off not the attendant.

My autodial lights used to light when users were on the phone. I made some system changes and they no longer light. They do dial, just not light up.
