Can anyone tell me if it is possible to terminate all 4 pairs of a CAT-5 wire cross connected on a block to a TN2224B circuit pack into 4 seperate jacks and use each one for a Callmaster V? I have 4 runs going to a room that I need to add 16 phones to... Trying to avoid more cable runs if possible. Just concerned about the shielding of these pairs etc.

I've done it with noe issues I know of, but I did this a year ago so I would have to look into how I did it again.

Avaya, Octel, AUDIX, CMS and other fun stuff.

dOOkie,
If that's your reeeeeal name. (richard squints just a bit)
The answer is Yes.
It's not like data network connections where you don't want to share a cable. There are some seriously anal retentive types out there that frown on this practice even in a voice environment, but they are uptight dweebs. Ignore them.

Yes.
If this is standard wiring:
Pinout on RJ45:
1,2 - first
3,6 - second
4,5 - third
7,8 - fourth

If this is not standard wiring you must try.
