ok i worked out the problem, its to do with the links folder in favorites. You have to modify a reg key, delete the folder in favorites, + in this case desktop and reboot fixed http://www.theeldergeek.com/remove_links_folder_in_favorites.htm

ok it is NOT the logon script, nothin is created in it nothing contained within the folder no scheduled tasks
