Links Folder on the desktop

Hey,

I try and delete the links folder that apears on the desktop, i reboot and log in and it is recreated

any ideas how to completely remove it, also what is causing it?

Log onto a 2003 domain.

What Scheduled Tasks or Login Scripts are running at Login?

What data is contained within this folder? Is it something to do with your Domain at work or is it a load of unknown rubbish, or just an empty folder?

ok it is NOT the logon script, nothin is created in it
nothing contained within the folder
no scheduled tasks
 
Is this a folder that everyone has? Are you cinfigured to use a mandatory user profile?
