    Mate, have a look at eXtender. I saved about 15k (A$) by using that instead of Dex, and that includes the cost of the software too.

    Try smartlist Builder from eOne. You can pretty much do this report in there. if you want to stay in SQL, you would need to create a view for a union between the 2 tables (open and History). The smartlist builder has a wizard which does this for you automatically.

    There are a few people working with a Sales Logix integration to GP. Also depending on what you are using CRM software for, there are a few smaller ones that could do the job too.
