In the Properties Page of each recipient go to the Delivery Options tab. At the bottom you can choose alternate delivery mailbox and check the deliver to both recipient and alternate.
I have used Server magic to resize the C partition on 3 NT servers and never had any problems. I would recommend a backup before attempting it though, just in case...
