the phone its showing logged into is a digital but on the meridian is not set to an acd phone and on the symposium dosnt show at all on the list as being attached or aquired the user has no idea how they have become logged into the phone

we have an agent thats showing logged in on a non acd phone is their anyway to force them to log off in symposium so they can log on else where
