force agent to log off

we have an agent thats showing logged in on a non acd phone
is their anyway to force them to log off in symposium so they can log on else where
 
The only way an agent can be logged into SCCS is if the set is acquired. A digital set must be an ACD set for it to be acquired. Is this an analog set?

The real time display will provide you with the Position ID of the phoneset at which the agent is logged in. Track down the set and hit "Make Busy" twice. Once to log out of SCCS, a second time to unbusy the set in the switch.

If you cannot log out the agent, deaquire the phone, and out it in the switch. Then rebuild it from scratch.

As a shot term fix, build a new profile (with new login ID) for the agent while you work on the phone (above).
 
the phone its showing logged into is a digital but on the meridian is not set to an acd phone and on the symposium dosnt show at all on the list as being attached or aquired the user has no idea how they have become logged into the phone
