Map to the share that you need to access to in Windows NT Explorer. Then go to Winfile (Start/Run/Winfile) and highlight the same drive. Choose the share icon of the top of the screen and select the ammount of users you want to connect to the share.
That should do it...
The best thing to do is setup WINS on one of your Domain Controllers. Then, each machine willbe able to connect to everything using only TCP/IP. You can configure the WINS database on the domain controller and then point all the NT clients at the database using the WINS tab in the network...

ARI stands for Address Recognise Indictor which means that there could be a possible duplicate address on the network or maybe some problem with the MAC address (let the card take it's automatic address, don't specify one yourself).
