NT Server Errors on FDDI

Using the FDDI sniffer I notice that a huge amount of errors are clocking up on one particular server.
The errors are FCI & ARI Bits Mismatch errors.
Can any one tell me more about these. what is the solution if any to either eliminating them or at least cutting them back to an acceptable amount.
Any info much appreciated.
 
ARI stands for Address Recognise Indictor which means that there could be a possible duplicate address on the network or maybe some problem with the MAC address (let the card take it's automatic address, don't specify one yourself).
