We have 18 NT4 servers and 8 Novells
But only one has problem with I/O operations.
Computer:
File server, Dell 700mHz, 512 RAM, 40.0 gB, SQL7.

When we upload/download data from this server these operations ran fast, but when we do same from station
(Win95,Win98,WinNT) these operations are very slow.
Settings are the same as other file servers heve.

Please help.

That sounds like a connection issue.
Check too make sure that your network settings are okay.
Check the port speed aswell as the network card speed.

Does everyone use IP or do you IP from server to server and use something else from 9x to server?

Otherwise you may have all servers on one switch and all users coming from a downstream switch. In that case you need to modify the known servers table on the switch or similar?
