Every time I send an e-mail with an attachment (like anything over half a meg), Outlook will resend the message over and over and over without ever taking it out of the outbox. Oddly, the recipient gets the full message with complete attachment everytime, so its not like its dying before it...

A stab at the obvious... Right click "My Network Places" > Properties... right click the LAN Connection > Properties... on the bottom there is a box for "Show icon in notification area when connected". Is that unchecked?
