Cheers Dok, but it is most definitely a problem with the OneBox, we do not utilise OP via our MX-One. Have used several DDI’s including the RC currently pointing at OB1, but as soon as I point at OB2 it requests a security code. Have noticed that the problem only manifests itself when dialled...
Thanks Dok, we are currently set at Phantom Extn... DNIS & Trunk instead of asking for security code, returns "does not answer" then proceeds onto the relevant script
OneBox v7 (OS Server 2003)… have just setup a Route Code, but when dialled the server responds with “please enter your security code” repeats this again, before successfully routing to the appropriate script
Have another OneBox running on Server 2000… Route Codes operate fine on this box...
Thanks guy’s… but definitely not a SERV issue (D5=1) The problem is sporadic, have users who are adamant they can pick up a specific DN in one instance, but not the next.
Experiencing a problem with PUG facility. Group members are complaining of an intermittent failure to ‘pick-up’ calls ringing within there group. This is across a 55 LIM system @ BC13. Problem appears to have manifested itself post BC13 upgrade.
Anyone else had a similar experience ?
