Why would you want to bust the trunks??? It would make more sense to do a direct trunk select for each trunk you wanted to test. look it up in the maint manual.

Hey congrats sjforcum, Its a good feeling isnt it. Bit of a downer that Avaya stopped issuing certification kits as of 1st dec 06! Kind of stupid of them, as it not only makes them look like tight a*ses, but they are missing all the free advertising that wearing the shirt gives them etc!!!

Well some of the documentation has now been released on the Avaya website, you now get the option to select cm4 from the dropdown on certain downloads.

Been lucky enough to design and install lots of systems. So have done lots of hands on but found the classroom training to be a real big help as they go through stuff thats not in any other documentation.

Well on my ACE certificate, it has the number 79427 so I'm guessing that there is 79426 other ACE's before me??? Any ACE's out ther know about what certification pack Avaya send you for getting ACE, if at all, as you get the t-shirt and bag for ACS? Thanks Amino

Can anyone advise of the RJ45 to RJ45 cable pin outs for the g350 console? Bonus would be the pin numbers from the RJ45 to the 9 way D type although I plan on just buying one of these from Maplins. Thanks (Note the G350 cable is different to Cisco or g700 cables)

Had the same issue last week with a g350. Did a copy run start and then re-booted it and when show mm was repeated it had changed from UNKNOWN to the serial number. Hope that helps.

I have come across this problem before and found that users had dialed the extension number for the "Group Extension field" that is detailed in the Hunt group setup page, for the particular skill in question, this had casued abandonded calls without any ACD calls.
