Make sure your default gateway is in the same subnet as your IP address of the BCM50. If it's not, you will not be able to change your clock.

Does anybody know how to set the Fax DN in a CallPilot 100 threw the telephone set. Fax installed on I-ATA on CICS 7.0 with CallPilot 100 3.0

It's the DN of a port you would normally hook a Norstar Telephone up to. Just don't hook a telephone to the port.

You have to us the DN of an unused port. Remeber that you can't call the CDN internally, you have to call in from an outside line for it to work.

Serial number resides on the motherboard.

Try upgrading the boot load firmare if it is at 1.5.19. Upgrade it to 1.5.21. That might fix it.

Go into Terminal and Sets Then User Preferences Then go to Dialing Options Select Pre Dial You will then be able to dial your number, then press handsfree or lift you handset and the number will then dial out.

Phone company has been to site and tested all the trunks. They all check out. This is a strange one. BCM 400 has been replaced because of this problem and the MBM's have been replaced three times also. When a new MBM goes in, the trunks work great for about a month, then start to fade in volume.
