Where does call pilot get the cdn from for basic call center?

Is it just a vacant dn? I cannot get my call center to work.

You have to us the DN of an unused port. Remeber that you can't call the CDN internally, you have to call in from an outside line for it to work.

How do I find out what my unused ports are?

It's the DN of a port you would normally hook a Norstar Telephone up to. Just don't hook a telephone to the port.
