    Media PLayer problem

    After you open WMP, go to Tools/Options/Player tab. There you will find a checkbox for "Enable Auto Codec Download" Uncheck that. I can only assume that's where it's coming from mikecompton@hotmail.com

    Problems Moving GW 4.1 PO users to GW 5.5 PO

    We did this earlier this year (moved from 4.1 to 5.5) Most of the process went smoothly, but a couple of mailboxes didn't make it. What we did is brought those boxes back to 4.1 level, then re-converted them. That seemed to do the trick. Hope this helps, and good luck!
