I tried that. when you press the 1 to activate external zone a tone is produced, when i press it after a few seconds with the companion there is no tone so i assume that it is not activating the zone.

Thanks for all your support but i got it running. Went on-site and plugged a monitor and keyboard to the NAM then used OS2 to shutdown. It worked fine.

I posted another message. I rebooted it about 30min ago and something is very wrong. there is no AA and Features like 983,981 and 915 say's Inactive Feature.

I just rebooted the NAM using NRU form Home. Its been about 20min when i try a feature like F981 or F983 it say's "Inactive Feature". Please can anyone help.
