Rebooted NAM need help A.S.A.P

I just rebooted the NAM using NRU form Home. Its been about 20min when i try a feature like F981 or F983 it say's
"Inactive Feature". Please can anyone help.

Are you sure that you did a system Reboot, and not a System Shutdown?
Did you use the Feature 915 method, or something else? Did you use the Graceful?
If you did a shutdown, you will have to recycle power to it.

plug phone into port that is used for voicemail to test if port is still good. If port good then Power down one more time, power up again. Let it run a good 5 minutes then try a F903 first. It should tell you your feature code range. Just say okay to it. Then do a F983. It might ask you for password instead of log. It is looking for 266344. Run through your configuration. Usually you just say ok or next to everything and let it set up.
Then you can do the normal feature 983 and log in as usual.
If that does not work try F**XFTEST to see if the Feature codes are there. Then do F 9*1 or F903.

Thanks for all your support but i got it running. Went on-site and plugged a monitor and keyboard to the NAM then used OS2 to shutdown. It worked fine.
