slow voice mail access

This just started When we access our voice mail F981 It some times freezes or does not allow you to enter password for a few min.

4 voice channels
12 Lines & 80 Sets
NAM ver. ?

I am kind of new to this. Will that effect the KSU, can i do it during normal hrs.

The only effect is that nothing will go to voice mail and people can't check messages while it is re-booting. If it has a lot of ports, can take up to 14 min. Explain to users that it will be down for a few minutes.

I posted another message. I rebooted it about 30min ago and something is very wrong. there is no AA and Features like 983,981 and 915 say's Inactive Feature.
