What OS are you using? Check the BIOS make sure you aer set to SPP+EPP for the port. Also make sure that the cable is IEEE 1284 compliant. Check the setting on the printer to ensure that it is set correctly. Update the drivers for the OS Hope that helps- niteflyer

lexmark c710 - tray roller malfunction?
The problem is caused by the roller that fell out. This unit uses the roller to "pickup" and move the paper forward until it is engaged by the position sensor and the paper is tahken by the transfer roller. You need to replace the rollers with a main. kit that should get you back up...- niteflyer

The main problem here is taht I am dealing with a legacy program that requires Novell to operate. Therefore I can not use Windows sharing. Local Printer as Network Printer Win 98 and NW 3.12
I have tried to load rprinter under Win98 on the local machine to allow network access to the printer, I continually get an error message telling me to load the TSR first.
