the 2215 has wireless too... I got mine few weeks ago and I love it; the dual memory slots are great; I didn't think you can do so many thigs with it.... move pictures, watch movies ( full movie on lower quality takes around 210 MB...use my cards)

I have a Winxp and in IE, when going to View-Toolbars, Standard Buttons, Address Bar, Links are all gray out. Run CWShredder, Pestpatrol, Ad-aware did clean some junk but the options still gray out. Any thoughts? Thanks, Maria

go to tools--options--mail....Create a sent item to track information... Is this option on or not? check options in Views ( right click on sent folder--properties--display ; check there for views

One more thing.... check: tools--options--send--task--make sure that the "Create a sent item to track information" is checked on

How did you recreat the Folder? I had the same situation number of times; What I did is deleted the sent items folder; went to Edit--Folders--New--Find Result folders--predefined find result folders...highlite sent items--next--finished; It worked for me everytime; Good Luck

For the Part.001: If the e-mail is coming from Microsoft Exchange/Outlook system... it is possible that they are using "Rich Text Format". The sender will have to changed to Plain Text. Hpe, this helps!
