Need to connect FROM pc TO Hand Held

I can find article after article of how to use Remote Desktop to connect from my hand held (running CE) to a windows PC. What I need it to be able to do it the other way around. I have looked at Remote Display Control but the Hand Held must be in a cradle directly connected to a PC to work. Anything else that I can run on the hand-held to remotely connect while the hand held isn't in a cradle?

does your pda has a bluetooth... i did connect my pda (IPAQ 2215) with pc using bluetooth D-Link Wireless Bluetooth USB Adapter
