Have a new SV8100 install that I can't get the virtual extensions to ring. When called I just get reorder/busy. This is a basic 64 port package so I'm wondering do the virtual extensions go against the port count maybe? If so, is the ME50 + Exp license going to fix my problem? I didn't get any...

Trying to setup Voicemail to Email on Elitemail LX. I see where the SMTP server goes in Putty but can't find anywhere to put in the SMTP authentication info (username/password). I'm not aware of too many SMTP servers that don't require authentication anymore. Am I missing something?

Dunno. It's brand new on an IPKII. I thought it was OS/2 to be honest like the other NEAXMail products.

I have an IPKII with in-skin EliteMail. Is there a way to turn off the periodic beep when using live record? Is that beep coming from the IPKII or the voicemail?

Let me clarify. A46+3 will clear the MWI and reduce the count by 1, but a second dial of the feature code give reorder.

A46 clears the MW Lamp, but not the MSG count on the LCD.

Installing a voicemail to replace the current in-skin AD8 on a 2000IVS. Got the new VM up and running, but could not clear the MSG # on the station displays. Leaving messages in the new VM and checking them clears the MW lamp but not the counter. Dialing the access code to clear message...

Pave: Right on the money with the 1000IVS. System has a PW112. Notes in the 1000 system manual say that neither PW112 nor PW86 provide ring generator or message wait voltage. You still think swapping out the PW112 for a PW86 will fix the trouble?

So the RST card generates ring voltage for analog phones? I thought this was generated by the LCD card itself and the RST provides dialtone for digital stations.

Have a 2000IVS where SLTs do not ring when called. Previously were no SLTs on the system, but we added a 4LCD. Get dialtone on SLTs and if I answer the phone when it is called the talkpath is there, but the phone/buttset/modem/etc never rings. Did I miss something?
