If you are looking to load the PCPro program on to a new PC you will need the PCPro installation program.
Note, if you ever want to upgrade PCPro from an older version to a newer one you must uninstall the old one with the original installation program before loading the new version. Always keep a copy of the installation program for the version you have.

I do not know which file contains the log in data. I do know that when you upgrade (uninstall old version/install new version) it retains that data.
