2000IPS Call Pickup Group Issue

Having an issue with a group call pickup and just wanted to get some fresh eyes and ideas.

Set up a group call pickup with four extensions. Group pickup works on three of the extensions, but it will not work on one extension. The other members of the group cannot pickup calls to that extension. I don't know why; same tenant, class of service, etc.

Checked the pickup group with 163 and it scrolls through all the extensions and ends properly. Tested calling other extensions and can be picked up, just can't be picked up if I call the one extension.

Anyone got an idea????

Last time I saw this the prime was forwared all calls to the virtual which was not in the pickup group. The station rang but it was the virtual that was ringing.
can you do a directed pickup to that particular station?
Check the SFC of that station against the others.
 
Both the prime and virtual are in the pickup group. I have checked the prime and virtual and neither are CFA. The SFC of phones are all the same. I didnt try the direct call pickup, but I'll give it a go today.

Call Pickup Direct works for that extension. Group Call Pickup still does not.

Make sure the last extension is pointed to the first extension in the group in CM 16. 1:2 2:3 3:4 4:1
 
Got it working. Blew away all pickup groups, poked the switch in the eye, and re-ran the pickup csv file.
