    Octel Port calling my operator

    I have a Octel 300 with Seranade 4.1.0. My operators are complaining that they keep getting calls with the music on hold playing. I have indentified that the calls are being sent from the digital Octel ports connected to my G3r. Does anyone know what causes this and how to fix it?
