G3 CSI PROLOGIX V11 WANT POWER UP

I followed the power down proceedures under FAQ and moved this switch to a new location. When I went to power up the A carrier at its new location it would not power up so I remove the power supply from the B carrier and put it in the A carrier still no power. However the original A carrier power supply does work in the B carrier which tells me that both power supplies are good. Does anyone have any ideas what my next step should be to get it back online?

Check your plugin's and make sure that you have power to the plugs. Also check and make sure the power on the plugs is correct.

It's very easy to plug the TDM bus cable in the wrong pins. I would remove the cable and plug it in very carefully, possibly with a torch.

You are right the TDM cable was on the wrong pin's, it was one row off to the right.
