    Peachtree Forms

Thanks for the response, but I understand all of that. Maybe I should have been more clear. I am actually looking to open the files and edit or export them. I hexed a few and found out that they are stored in some OLE format. But what I am looking for is any info that anyone has on the...

    need a better peachtree statement

My company is working on an application that generates custom statements. We can do complete custom statements with virtually any data you need from Peachtree. The application is in beta right now, but at this stage the application will export to HTML, PDF, and it will even email your...

    Peachtree Forms

Does anyone know how Peachtree stores its forms? I am looking to create custom forms from outside of Peachtree, or even read the forms and convert them to other formats. Any advice is much appreciated! Regards, Flinn

    Pervasive ODBC and PHP

In case anyone is ever looking for this like I was yesterday. The ODBC connection string for PHP to connect to a Peachtree database using Pervasive SQL is: $dbhandle = odbc_connect("DSN=YOURDSN;DRIVER={Pervasive ODBC Engine...

Accessing Sales Orders and Purchase Orders without DDE

Hey you're right. I thought those tables were only for invoices. I just figured out how they are storing them. It's seems really odd for them to store all those different types of transactions in two tables rather than having a specific table to handle each different type of transaction...

    Retrieving Peachtree Data

You can select certain data using Pervasive SQL (http://www.pervasive.com). They have a trial version there for you to test. So yes it can be queried via SQL (through ODBC). You just don't have any access to write to the data, and some tables are left out. Regards Flinn

Accessing Sales Orders and Purchase Orders without DDE

Well, when I started Peachtree with PSQL8, I got a warning message saying it is not supported but I have not had any issues with it. I am not trying to poke anything. I just need to read a Sales Order and/or a Purchase order. When I connect via ODBC the only tables I have read access to are...

Accessing Sales Orders and Purchase Orders without DDE

Does anyone know a way I can access Sales Orders and Purchase Orders withOUT using DDE? I am actually trying to pull info from S.O.'s and P.O.'s from PHP, but PHP does not have any support for DDE. Yes I am aware of PawCom, that is a last resort. I am using PSQL 8, and would like to not have...

    Connecting with Access or Excel

Connecting via ODBC was easier then I imagined. The only thing you do is install a recent copy of Pervasive SQL. I'm using Pervasive SQL 8 Workgroup Engine (which costs $25). Once that is installed go to your ODBC control panel, click the system tab, then add a new connection. The driver to...

    Integration Manager/SQL

Thanks for the reply. I am currently using time sheets and manually importing, which isn't really a big issue, but I would like to create my own time sheet (DTS) file using SQL queries, rather then actually click a button to export, etc. I would like to do this on a schedule, then send out my...

    Integration Manager/SQL

I am trying to import some payroll data from an ODBC source(I could also do it from a file, excel, access or otherwise) into Great Plains Dynamics on a regular basis. I would like to know what Integration Manager does exactly, and if it can be run automatically on a schedule. I also would like...
