    I have a customer who has the same problem, the only work around ive found is to restart their machine, then no problems, untill their computers have been on for about 2 weeks, and the problem starts up again.

    Its just outlook, all other programs work fine. computer isnt slow at all.

    If it is web mail just go to the web site. Netscape has an export feature i do believe. If nothing else, you can always move the actual store files and folders. You can find that location be looking in the preferences.

    I have Win XP with Office XP. The problem started over the weekend. When I open outlook, the program loads no problems or errors, but it takes literally 20 seconds to open an email in the preview pane. And any other email I click on takes about the same amount of time to load in the preview...
