    Problem solved! Newest version of the DSM16+ kicked in right away. It looks like the latest SW for BCM has a problem with older DSM16+ cards. Thanks everybody for replies, I really appreciate it.

    Thought about that, but I have another one for my GATM8 and I tried swapping them, only the DSM16+ is not working. One thing that I noticed, in the menu selection for telephony resources, my option is DSM16, not the DSM16+ which is the card that I have. Is there a difference between the two?

    I have a new BCM50 with keycodes enabling two expansions. In expansion 1 I have a GATM8 and in expansion 2 I have a DSM16+. BCM50 is release 3.0.     I don't have any additional firewall at the remote site, there is only one site and I have to go thru the router on that site for NAT. I was going to get a SOHO 6tc but I don't have a BOVPN on my 500. DOes it matter? Thanks! P.S. I do have 5 client MUVPN license.
