IS-IT--Management
I have a site with PRI and 6.1 software. They receive about 110 calls a day. I have gotten reports that at several times throughout the day (1-4 times)and from several calling locations that people are getting a ring no answer when calling in. The site has a receptionist at all times. She is pretty good and I don't belive she is missing the calls. I have asked the carrier to test the circuit for bad channels (of course they are clean). My setup is as follows.
Line 157
Public
Rec number 5000
busy to prime
prime set 7700 (receptionist)
no dist ring, no aux
Set 7700
Line 157 assigned to ring only 5 appearances
set has 5 intercoms
They get most calls, where could they be getting the ring no answer from? If I am not mistaken, the system provides that ring back tones correct? What about setting the Prime to the Call Pilot?
Any ideas
