This is a 8xx number provided by Voip.Ms and I am sure it is related to the fact that in the last year they released 833 as the new 800 service number. My BCM works with all the standard 877, 866, 833, etc.

So we are talking "receive digits" on the target lines. "833" is a new Nxx for 800 service. The BCM does not recognize that new 8xx code. Anyone know where to go to fix that?

My BCM (6.0) will not let me use "833" numbers in the target line. How can we fix it to accept this new NNX?

Have been using BCM's for years. Just I check out Shoretel I bought a SG50 and a couple IP 230 phones just to check out. So anything else I need? I was reading about Shoretel Director. Do I need it to just try out the system? If so where do I get it?? Thanks!!!

New to the BCM50. I having been doing 0 x32 MICS for years. I have this BCM behind a Cisco Router. Digital phones work great. Set up the first IP phone and it went well. I am not able to set up any more IP phones. I checked the licenses and I am set for 4 IP phones. I have three used...

Any chance someone would have the install docs for this?
