    Is there a way you can customize how the GAL appears for users in Outlook. We would like to show the Users name, phone number and department. Currently it shows the user, number and office. We do not fill in the office on our user properties.

    Do you know where in the logon script it is failing? We had the exact same issue and had to go through a process of placing "markers" in the logon script to see how it progressed till we found were it was failing. Then were able to fix the problem.

    Meeting Requests Being dropped

    We are running Outlook 2000 as part of Office 2000 SP1. I have a user who is having meeting requests being dropped intermitently. Thought it might be related to MS KB artice Q217474 but it turns out to not be the issue. Might installing SP3 for Office help out. Any ideas????
