If trunk-to-trunk transfer is enabled for that ext, go to the phone and dial #33. The display should say "Forward call to:" Dial 9 and a number. Then call that ext. and it should go to whatever phone number you entered. Bsabb

Depending on what class model it is (1-6) most of the answers are universal. You do need a display phone at ext.101 to do the programming. You will also need to know the password to the system. It also helps to have the template for the display phone to know what keys to press.

In winSPM, go to linestrunks>pools. enter the pool the trunks are in (70, 890, etc) and then trunk you are wanting to remove and delete(F8). Once you have removed the trunks from the pool, inspect the pool and see what trunk #,s are there. You must know what pool the trunks are in to remove them.
Add a primary cover button on 1153 of 1182. You can do this in central programming. Pick an available button on ext.1153 and put the primary cover button there and label the button on the phone. When someone calls the operator, ext.1153 will also ring and if any zeros out of the auto...
